Cold Room Control Points
Temperature tolerance & door-open limits per cold room have moved to their own page
Each cold room has two control points — temperature tolerance and door-open limit — that decide when alerts fire. Configure them on the dedicated Control Points page for clearer per-point context.

· Door-open and temperature alerts auto-upgrade one tier when they stay open longer than the escalate threshold. Critical alerts do not escalate further; they just re-notify every repeat interval.
Alert Popup Preferences
Choose which severities show toast popups. Critical is always on and requires acknowledgement before the next Critical popup can appear.
Repeated Critical incidents (same rack/shelf & kind) are grouped into a single expandable toast showing the count and latest timestamp.

· Only System Admin can create users or change roles. All changes are written to the audit trail.
